Consumer-style AI recruiting product (PeopleGPT) with a free plan and published seat pricing; no public REST API was found, only an OAuth MCP server (paid plans, rolled out August 2026) for agents and analytics.

Best for

Recruiters who want a UI-led natural-language sourcing workflow with outreach, not developers who need an API

Overview

Juicebox's PeopleGPT is a UI-first sourcing product: natural-language search over profiles, shortlists, enrichment credits and email outreach. We found no public REST API reference and the pricing page does not mention API access on any plan. The developer-facing surface is an official MCP server (mcp.juicebox.ai/v1, per-user OAuth, 30-day connection, rolling out from August 12, 2026, available on paid plans) whose tools cover analytics, agent creation and management, and, on the Business plan, shortlist and project queries. ATS and CRM integration is listed on the Business plan.

Pricing is published per seat: Free ($0, limited searches, 5 contact credits, 0 exports), Starter ($99-$119, 500 contact and export credits), Growth ($179-$199, 1,500 each, up to 5 seats), Business (custom, annual) and a $199-per-agent add-on; the page does not label which price set is annual. Because there is no API, the rubric scores documentation, ecosystem and accessibility on what exists (MCP docs, integrations, free plan) rather than skipping it, and reliability is scored on absence of a status page or SLA.

G2 shows 4.8/5 across 17 reviews per search results; a recent 3.0 review praised AI sourcing but criticised LinkedIn links and contact data, and a competitor blog alleges most G2 reviews were incentivized, which we could not verify. Several third-party pricing write-ins are written by competitors.

How this score is derived

The APIbenchmarks Index is a weighted sum of four dimensions, each scored on an absolute 0–100 reference scale. See the methodology for every mapping.

DimensionScoreWeightContribution
Documentation & DXdocs.juicebox.ai documents the MCP server (tools, OAuth, plans, export limits) clearly, but no REST API reference exists and the access matrix is an image; scored conservatively for a UI-first product.
60
30%18.0
ReliabilityNo status page, SLA or incident history was found; scored low on absence of verifiable evidence.
48
25%12.0
Ecosystem & SDKsNo public API or SDKs. An official OAuth MCP (listed in Claude and ChatGPT directories) and Business-plan ATS/CRM integrations are the whole surface.
50
25%12.5
AccessibilityA real free plan and published per-seat prices make signup easy, but free gives 0 exports, the MCP is paid-only, API access is not offered, and Business pricing is custom.
